Let’s Go Learn’s Partner CASE Launches the New Directors Network (NDN) Series: Empowering Special Education Leaders
Kensington, CA, September 18, 2023 – The Council of Administrators of Special Education (CASE) is thrilled to announce the start of a groundbreaking professional development series, the New Directors Network (NDN). This monthly virtual event, scheduled every 3rd Tuesday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (Central Time), is designed to equip new leaders in special education with valuable insights and knowledge to excel in their roles.
The New Directors Network (NDN) offers an ongoing platform for special education professionals to engage with timely and pertinent professional development opportunities, enabling the growth of leadership skills and fostering a robust national professional network within the field.
The first episode of the NDN series, titled “You Got the Job….Now What?”, is set to air on Tuesday, September 19th. Respected veteran leaders, Dr. Angie Balsley, CASE Policy and Legislative Chair (IN), and Joe Kwisz, CASE Professional Development Committee Member (IN), will share invaluable strategies and tools that administrators can implement for a successful start to the school year. Additionally, viewers will have the opportunity to hear a brief cameo from CASE CEO Richard Capone and VP Angela Bost.
